About Us

Phoenix Packaging Industries was started by Mr. K. Seshan in the year 1989. After a long tenure of 37 years in the erstwhile Tata Tea Limited, he retired as Head of their Industrial Relations Department of their South India Plantations, based in Munnar, Kerala. With the experience and knowledge of managing the welfare of more than 25000 employees, he has been able to successfully rear PPI into becoming one of the more reputed names in the packaging industry.

Now, he is ably assisted by his son Anand Seshan who joined the organization in 1991 after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Science from St Joseph’s College, Bangalore and Swarup Sridhar who joined the organization in 2015. Since its inception, PPI has endeavoured to bring excellence into packaging. As manufacturers of corrugated cartons, we are equipped to service customers who value cost-effective packaging, reliable quality and quick response. Our product offerings include corrugated box designs suitable for all markets. We also provide a complete range of services from package design to pre-press, Graphic layouts and printing.

The manufacturing unit which is spread over an area of 28000 sq ft is located in Siddapura, off HAL Airport – Whitefield Road, has full-fledged infrastructural facilities with monthly capacity of converting 250 metric tonnes of paper. In addition we also have facilities for making die-punched and printed cartons. Flute profiles we offer are, B (Narrow) and C (Medium) respectively. Facility for Glued joints is available. Varied printing outputs depending on the customer’s requirement can be achieved which include offset and flexographic methods.

We also have a well-equipped testing lab with facilities to test raw materials and finished goods to make sure that all our products are checked for any kind of discrepancies at all stages of production.

A dedicated team of over 50 employees ensure that the stringent standards are maintained and deliveries are made on time. An emphasis on creating a healthy work environment has resulted in good participation from the employees ensuring their dedication and commitment. This commitment to quality and reliability has helped us retain our clients which include Hindustan Unilever Limited, John Distilleries Limited, Adcock Ingram Limited, Medreich Limited, Grindwell Norton, GOGO International Pvt Ltd amongst others. 

The added advantage of being members of trade bodies like the prestigious Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturers of India and Asian Corrugated Case Association which comprise of well reputed box manufacturers from all over Asia has helped us become aware of the changing trends and developments in the packaging industry. This awareness has helped us update ourselves technologically and better our packaging design.
